Rev. Deborah Phillips discusses the difference between being secure with your relationship with the Divine, what she calls Spiritual Confidence, and spiritual arrogance. Spiritual arrogance is a sign of inner stagnation, the need to live from the outside in, from ego, and the need to always be right. Spiritual Security gives you a sense of well-being, safety, and confidence. You live from the inside out.
